From concept to execution, the goal was simple: tell these stories in a way that felt honest, personal, and worth remembering.
Unlocking the stories
Every story was already there—it just needed the right way in.
Through direct interviews and guided conversations, the focus was on creating space for nurses to share their experiences in their own words. Not scripted. Not polished. Just real.
The role wasn’t just to ask questions—it was to find the moments that mattered and bring them forward.
Finding the heart
Capturing a story is one thing. Finding the emotional center of it is something else entirely.
Each interview required a balance—structure without forcing it, direction without interrupting authenticity.
