The Flea Market is the burger of the week… They are going to have to roll my ass back to my desk after eating that monster!

I have to admit something though… Every time I eat it it makes me want Jack’s Hamburger Palace in Ft. Lauderdale a little more.

The awesome icing on a really shitty week is a strange eye(s) infection that I have developed over the last couple of days. Red, itchy, with a large amount of eye-boogers … Kody calls it poop-eye and I think I agree with her. I am definitely not ready to declare it Pink Eye… I am close to ripping my eyes out of my head though (pretty sure that is not an option though).

I am sure that you are all aware that The All-Star Baseball Classic 2009 is next Friday thru Monday… I will be updating the blog periodically through the weekend so that you will miss any of the EXCITING action.

Nerd Alert:
I am not kidding that this is the most exciting and important event in my year. It has replaced Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween and my Birthday in terms of looking forward to something… Ryan, Cap and myself have put a ton of work into the weekend and it is so exciting (and amazing) that we have friends that give a shit enough about our nerd board game that they would fly in to play it with us.

I can’t believe that it is almost here!

You know, I have been hearing a lot of gruff about this season of LOST… I admit that the season premier was a steamer and I am ready for the time-travel crap to be done, BUT I have been REALLY entertained by the last two episodes.

Is Claire dead? She needs to come back to the show and look all hot and talk with that accent of hers… and wear less clothes… Maybe no clothes… THAT’S IT! Move the show to HBO and have Claire come back and be all naked … THAT IS ENTERTAINMENT!

Just in case you didn’t notice, I have some really good ideas… I should work in television.

Message to people that have ears that work properly… Frank Turner (a singer) is GREAT! … Capn’ forwarded his name to me and I have been hooked for the last week… I listened to him twice yesterday alone.

Here is how Capn’ described him (and I agree). A cross between the Pogues and Bob Dylan… Strong lyrically, modern sound, bit of an accent, and at times goes into aggressive (in a GREAT WAY) instrumental solos… The following people need to not pass GO, do NOT collect $200 and listen IMMEDIATELY: Hank, Steve, Sam and Lance.
