What a Day.

Yesterday was one of the most awesome, inspiring and longest days of my life… Here is a rough timeline:

8:30: Wakeup
8:45: Start eating toasts like it is my job (6 total)
11:15: Get picked up by Cap and Ry to go to try and see Barack
11:30: arrive at location and begin the longest day of waiting I have ever endured
12:30: Buy a Barack T-Shirt (and wait)
12:35: Buy a hot dog from “Freddez Dogs”. Freddy had a gold tooth and delicious dogs
12:40: Finish Hot dog (and wait)
1:00: Wait
2:00: Still waiting (some more)
3:00: Get ushered into a line to get searched (and wait)
3:20: Find a place as close to the stage as possible (and wait)
4:00: Yes, still waiting (standing and packed in like a sardine)
4:10: Dumb chick next to us starts smoking and blowing it in our faces (and wait)
5:00: More sardine waiting (legs grow numb, claustrophobia sets in, hunger grows)
5:30: See several people give short speeches (and wait)
6:15: GO APE SHIT AS BARACK IS INTRODUCED (and watch a great speech which makes the waiting worth it)
7:15: Get back to the car and sit in traffic for about 45 minutes
8:00: Get to Jazz and order some food (and wait for the to cook it)
9:00: Get back to Cap’s place and watch the Red Sox beat the Rays
11:00: Cap takes me home
11:20: Finish the repair work on my couch
1:00: GO TO BED
