About a week ago Cap’s parents moved to town… While they were cleaning out their house in Salina they were going to throw away this amazing painting that his Dad (Chuck) painted in the 1970’s.

Cap remembered how much I liked it when I visited and offered it to me… Needless to say that it is now part of my EXCLUSIVE personal collection and the great debate on where to hang it has begun!

I was thinking last night how it’s bad form to do political or religious posts on Facebook. I know that around the time of the election this blog was pretty Obama pimped, but there is a subtle difference, this is my personal blog. I force no one to come here and these posts are not forced upon anyone.

There are people in this world that I want to keep up with them to see how their lives are going. I don’t need to know their stupid views on politics or religion… Keep it off the semi-fun atmosphere of Facebook and get a blog to do rants on!!!

As you could probably tell from the pictures, I had a great weekend in Salina and my sisters new little girl Madalynn is precious! … How long till I can verbally tease her and throw her around???
