My Jeep Was Stolen!

My Jeep Was Stolen!

Staff

So last Sunday night my Jeep was stolen… After several days of general disgust, we got the call that it was found on Thursday morning (thank god). Apparently the thieves decided that a 1986 Jeep would be the perfect evening joyride machine and the $10 that they would get at a pawn shop for the CD player (that was old when I graduated from high school) would be a wonderful addition… or maybe it was the diet Dr. Pepper in the back that tempted them, you know what they say about leaving diet Dr. Pepper in your car over night (you are just asking to get robbed).

Our genius friends conclude their evening of stupidity with a trip to McDonalds… I am not sure if they ripped the shit out of the steering column, the dash and the console before or after they devoured a delicious breakfast sandwich. I would like to think that they would not do it on an empty stomach.

Anyway, my wood-paneled friend is in the shop awaiting repairs and a new stereo… Needless to say, I went to Wal-Mart and bought “The Club”… TRY TO STEAL MY CAR NOW BITCHES!!!!!!! hahahahahahahaha…

Saw “Borat” on Friday night… I thought that it was one of the funniest movies that I have seen in a long time. I kind of feel bad for laughing at several of the parts… If you are easily offended, beware.

I had the most unbelievable idea for Christmas cards yesterday… I will be in the construction process for the next few weeks. I CAN”T WAIT TO SEND THEM OUT!!!

Happy Birthday to my friend Nippe

I watched the movie “Antonia’s Line” a few nights ago… It is a fantastic Danish film made in 1995. Check it out if you like subtitles and good cinema.

Rented “My Life as a Dog”… This movie has been talked up so much to me by so many different people, I am REALLY excited to check it out.

Thank you for the birthday greeting on your blog! I am also happy to see you dive into European cinema. As you can see Lasse Hallström made far better movies while still in this country before going to yours. =) Who slept through “Cider house rules”? Me. Then it still hade full nudity of Charlize Theron. I mean come on! I did like “Gilbert Grape” though. Let’s give him some credit for that too. Congratulations on your new job btw. I hope you enjoy it and get to be creative.
