The flags will be at half mast during the old timers game at ASB ’08. Gary Carter remembers catch Podres during an All-Star game, “He was all class off the mound, but when he was on it, he was just filthy.”
RIP Johnny.
That man was the greatest. The Mudhens were on the losing side of a lot of his starts including his amazing shut-out. You will be missed Johnny P.
